Hi! Welcome to my website! I will encourage you to check out the other pages of this site, but before you do that, let me tell you a little about myself.
I have been a resident of Montrose, CO for over 20 years. But before coming to Colorado I grew up in Southeastern Ohio, a farm girl. I graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and a few years later received a Master’s in Adapted Physical Education from the University of Northern Colorado. However, my first visit to Colorado was on spring break in the late 1970’s. I visited a cousin in Colorado Springs, the weather in one week went from balmy and sunny to blizzard conditions back to balmy and sunny! It was strange and the sky was so blue! That is when I fell in love with Colorado.
I worked in the human service field as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and an Adult Service Case Worker. I have worked with a variety of populations from Florida to California. After 30 years in those fields I felt it was time for a change. I feel body work is an important part in one’s wellness. Reflexology fit with what I was looking to do. So after researching several schools I attended the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO. I also completed the requirements for the American Reflexology Certification Board and am a National Board Certified Reflexologist. My goal is to help people seek relaxation and thru that avenue enhance one’s wellness. There are many benefits to Reflexology. Please take the time to read about the positive effects of Reflexology.
When I am not practicing Reflexology, I enjoy photography, being out in the mountains, puttering around the house, hiking and camping. Please continue to browse my site and feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks for stopping by!
